Charming, historic inn in an idyllic setting We loved the beautiful, well-kept grounds. The Inn is a grand, historic building full of character and charm. The staff is friendly, efficient and accommodating. The rooms were well-appointed, and while the furniture was a bit less than comfortable, the bedding and linens are superb. As with any B&B-type hotel and its antique nature, noise can be a issue with guests closing doors, staff setting up breakfast, etc. Continental breakfast was plentiful. We took full advantage of the dock that juts out into Thompson Creek and fire pit. Would definitely stay there again!

Mother's Day Brunch Brunch this afternoon was fabulous...showed up for our 1 pm reservation about 10 mins behind due to the rain but the staff didn't seem to mind...Delish food selections...Good Mimosas...AMAZING service...the venue was just gorgeous and imagine my surprise when I ran into Baseball Hall of Famer, Harold Baines, in the Buffet line! Can't wait to go back.

Kent Manor Inn Stay May 4th We stayed at the lovely Kent Manor Inn while we attended a wedding at a nearby venue. Mr. Sunny was very kind in welcoming us to the property and showing us around the property. The morning continental breakfast was very nice on the back porch. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

BEAUTIFUL PLACE, GREAT PRICE Kent Manor Inn is a quiet, beautiful and romantic place to stay in. The Victorian house is well maintained and has all the modern amenities that one might need. The room is comfortable and clean and the bed was super

comfy. The room also has a tea/coffee maker and a fridge. You can also find coffee, tea, water and some fruits at the house living room. The staff was very

friendly and helpful all the time and although the reception closes at 5:00 pm, they leave you a phone number available for anything you need. The house is in

a secluded location and it is surrounded by nature and water, which makes it really relaxing. The Inn has a pool (which was not open during March) and they

also offer Kayaks and bicycles for your use and enjoying the surroundings. The

stay includes a continental breakfast (hard eggs, juices, coffee, some bread, yogurts and cereals) that is good enough. We really enjoy

our stay and we would definitely return to this beautiful place.

Fabulous stay for a ladies conference I stayed here for a night un March for a retreat with my women's group and couldn't be happier with the experience. The check-in process was easy, the room was beautiful and exactly what you would expect from an historic manor, and the continental breakfast was gorgeous. The walk on the grounds was lovely, and it was close to shopping and the bridge.

Solo get away Nice accommodations, the Inn is beautiful and well maintained. Although the weather didn't cooperate the views from my balcony were nice. A couple of drawbacks were I was the only guest the first night and I wasn't sure if there was any staff around. Also, I think it is kind of pricey for what you get. If a hot breakfast was provided for the price it might have been more worth it. But all in all it is a nice place and we'll preserved.

Romantic getaway was perfect My husband and I have always wanted to stop in the Kent Island area but never had the chance. This past weekend we made a plan to go to the area and I found the Kent Manor Inn. I really didn't know anything about it but it looked like a place I would love. It turned out to exceed anything I could hope for. The staff was amazing and the inn was beautiful. I can see why someone would want to have their wedding there. We were there in the off season so we had the place to ourselves which worked out perfectly for the purpose of our weekend. Thank you Kent Manor Inn staff you made my romantic weekend getaway perfect.

My positive expectations were surpassed! Had a long desired return trip to the eastern shore of Maryland fulfilled recently. I stayed at the Kent Manor Inn and was very glad i did!! Located beautifully right at water's edge, and historic itself, it was pretty much close to everything I wanted to see, hear and taste. The friendly staff was exceptionally helpful and the size and quality of the room plus the ancillary services were well worth the reasonable rates. I shall be returning to this special place for future visits.

Amazing Staff! My wife and I stayed here for a wedding and was amazed by the staff. We had never heard of the place but because of my wife's medical issues, we stayed here instead of the other hotel the wedding had booked. The staff was very helpful when we checked in and the rest of the stay. During the wedding dinner, my wife wasn't feeling well and went back to the room. We asked one of the staff if they had to-go box so we could take my wife's dinner to her but they didn't have one. Instead, the lady asked what meal was my wife's and took it to her in our room. She went out of her way to make sure my wife got her food while it was still hot! I've never stayed at a place like this where the staff was that concerned. The next morning, for breakfast, my wife and I were the first ones down. The gentleman from the front desk was just done setting stuff up and was very helpful as to making sure we had anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity would come up! Everything else about the Inn was great.

Peaceful Retreat We had a wonderful time at the Kent Manor Inn during a nice weekend in October. The Inn is very beautiful and well maintained with pretty views, wonderful grounds, and peaceful places to sit and take in the water views. We had a king bedroom with fireplace and balcony. The shared balcony overlooks the water. The bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed. The inn itself is large with a very nice parlor, with coffee and tea service and games available. The breakfast room is nice. We found the continental breakfast to be very good. The grounds are fantastic. We sat on the pier in the morning and drank our coffee and read while watching the birds and wildlife on the river. Very peaceful. We walked some of the grounds later in the day, taking a trail that paralleled the river. At night we took advantage of the fire pit to roast marshmallows. The next day we used their Kayaks and spent a few hours on the water. Staff is very friendly and accomodating (thank you Lawrence and Brian) . We would highly recommend this inn for a relaxing weekend or wedding/group event.

Work retreat made easy by Kent Manor Inn! The team at Kent Manor Inn made planning our work retreat a breeze!

Bunny, Christine and their entire staff were friendly, answered all of my questions quickly and made us feel at home.

Though this trip was business by nature, that did not stop us from enjoying all of the beauty and amenities that the hotel has to offer. We even did some team bonding at night around the fire pit which left us all feeling relaxed!

Our entire staff loved their rooms and the amazing food that the Inn has to offer. Toni, our waitress for all three days was very attentive and we didn't have to ask twice for anything!

I would highly recommend this for your next work retreat or even family event!
