Historic Kent Manor Inn offers a number of room combinations to accommodate the needs of you meeting whether it be the size of your group, AV requirements, breakout rooms, or seating arrangements.

For larger groups we offer the waterfront Garden House, a free standing facility offering space, spectacular views, and added privacy.

The Waterfront Garden House

The Garden House provides ultimate privacy for larger group meetings. Ample natural light, a large open multi level space and a sense of being outdoors are just some of the features of this space. The Garden House is 2600 square feet and measures approximately 64' by 41'.

  (Our conference table can seat a maximum of 30. Since it is in sections, we can set up for a group of 20-22, 23-26 or 27-30)

Meeting Space in the Manor House

Brightsworth Room

The Brightsworth Room is 355 square feet and measures 24' x 14' and is used for functions with up to 20 participants. This room has a fireplace and multiple windows giving it a bright and open feel.

  (Our conference table can seat a maximum of 14)

• Dining - 20

Thompson Room

The Thompson Room meeting space at 535 square feet is 36' x 15'. This is our largest meeting space within the Manor House. This room has a working fireplace. The room can be utilized for private dining and / or meetings.
