The Waterfront Garden House
Our Garden House accommodates up to 150 participants.  A raised center stage is ideal for optimal viewing of presentations and displays.  The Garden House has a built-in bar and dance floor.  These can be utilized for a variety of meetings as well as larger holiday parties, awards ceremonies and weddings.

Weekend rates vary and require catering minimums.

The Garden House

 

Brightsworth Room
Brightsworth is 355 square feet and measures 24' x 14' and is used for functions with up to 20 participants. This room has a fireplace.

Thompson Room
This meeting room OPENS  to the Calvert Room.  When used without the Calvert Room, it is NOT a private space. This room section is 300 square feet and measures 20' x 15'. This room has a working fireplace.

This meeting space at 535 square feet is 36' x 15'.  This is our largest meeting space within the Manor House.This room has a working fireplace.
