The Waterfront Garden House
Our Garden House accommodates up to 150 participants.  A raised center stage is ideal for optimal viewing of presentations and displays.  The Garden House has a built-in bar and dance floor.  These can be utilized for a variety of meetings as well as larger holiday parties, awards ceremonies and weddings.

Weekend rates vary and require catering minimums.

Meeting Space in the Manor House:

Brightsworth Room
Brightsworth is 355 square feet and measures 24' x 14' and is used for functions with up to 20 participants. This room has a fireplace.

Thompson Room
This meeting space at 535 square feet is 36' x 15'.  This is our largest meeting space within the Manor House. This room has a working fireplace.
