GENERAL
All reservations and agreements are made upon and are subject to the rules and regulations of the Inn and restaurant and are subject to the following conditions: No food or beverage will be brought into or taken out of the Inn or restaurant by the client including alcoholic beverages unless approved by the Executive Chef. In the event of cancellation less than 60 days from arrival, room rental and 50% of the estimated cost of function costs will be charged. An exact guaranteed figure is required five 2 weeks prior to event. If not received, the estimated attendance of this contract will be used as the guarantee. Please review, sign and return one copy to the sales office. Keep the second copy for your records.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of total projected meeting expenses is required and is non - refundable if cancelled within 60 days of the event; unless rebooked with a similar function. The amount of deposit will be determined by your specific requirements.
GUARANTEE
A guaranteed guest count must be given 2 weeks prior to the event. /No changes may be made after this date. This guaranteed number must be charged even if attendance declines. Any additions over the guarantee would be charged to your account. Service cannot be guaranteed for more than 5% of guaranteed count.
TAX AND SERVICE CHARGE
All applicable Federal, State and local taxes, as well as service charges, will be in addition to quoted prices, unless prices are noted as inclusive.
PAYMENT
All applicable charges must be paid prior to departing the Inn, unless other billing arrangements have been made two (2) weeks prior to function. If payment is to be made by credit card the information must be provided at the time the guarantee is provided.
PERFORMANCE
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of the Inn management to complete the same and is subject to labor problems, disputes or strikes, accidents, government regulations, travel restrictions, transportation, foods, beverages or supplies; and any other causes beyond the control of the management. In no way shall this Inn be held liable for loss of profit or for other consequential damages, whether based on Breach of Contract, warranty or otherwise.
CHANGES
Function Room changes to commitments is based on the judgment of the hotel staff. Changes to signed contracts of 50% or less in attendance must be in written form notifying the Inn of the change. If this occurs within 10 days of function date, a service charge may be assessed.
DAMAGES AND SECURITY
Patron agrees to be responsible for any damages done to the premises by himself or by patron’s guests before, during and after any events. The Inn will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of any of patron’s merchandise or articles left in the Inn prior to, during or following the event unless otherwise noted in writing. The Inn reserves the right to discontinue services to patron should patron become offensive or disruptive to the other guests of the Inn, neighbors or staff.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
The Inn reserves the right to refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to any guest at any time at the discretion of the management.
